Job summary

Veepee is seeking a Talent Development Partner to design and implement the talent strategy across Europe, reporting to the Head of Talent Development. You will collaborate with HRBPs, HR Directors and business leaders to translate needs into learning actions, and to manage HR cycle processes.

This role offers remote flexibility up to 2 days per week, varied development projects across onboarding, engagement, AI for Talent Development, and skill-matrix initiatives, with a 10% variable bonus and

Qualifications

Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development or related field.
2+ years experience in HR Development or related HR roles.
Excellent written and verbal English in a multilingual environment.

Responsibilities

Define learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
Design and roll out blended learning programs for an international audience.
Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Directors and leaders to implement learning solutions.
Manage training budget and ensure data quality across systems (Workday, Mercure, OPCO).
Produce clear training reviews and insights for stakeholders.
Drive HR Cycle deployment covering performance reviews and talent reviews across Europe.
Lead onboarding and employee engagement initiatives and explore AI for Talent Development.
