As part of the continued development of its HR function in Paris, the company is looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to join its international Talent Development team.
The role
As Talent Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience, with a strong focus on onboarding, Learning and Talent Development initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and delivering weekly onboarding and induction sessions for new joiners in Paris.
- Supporting new employees throughout their onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth and engaging integration.
- Taking ownership of onboarding materials, resources and documentation, while continuously improving the experience.
- Helping adapt the existing onboarding model to Paris and contributing to its development across Europe.
- Coordinating internal and external learning programmes and ensuring their smooth delivery.
- Supporting Talent Development initiatives and Academy activities across the organisation.
- Working closely with HR, Compliance, Security, Office Management and external learning providers.
- Supporting the administration of Learning platforms and Talent Development systems.
- Maintaining accurate data and contributing to reporting and programme tracking.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working.
- Contributing to wider Talent Development projects and gradually taking ownership of new initiatives.
This is a hands-on coordination and delivery role, with genuine scope to propose ideas, improve existing processes and progressively take ownership.
The profile
We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training or Learning coordination.
You should have:
- Previous hands-on experience coordinating Learning, Training or Talent Development programmes.
- Experience supporting and/or delivering onboarding sessions.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- A structured, detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or learning platform.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.
- A positive, engaging personality and confidence speaking in front of groups.
- An interest in using technology and AI tools to improve processes is a plus.
- Experience with Workday and/or within financial services would be an advantage.
