Workday HRIS Senior Analyst Location: Paris, France
Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
Salary: Up to €75,000 fixed salary + discretionary bonus (up to 10%)
Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week)

The Opportunity We are seeking a talented Workday HRIS Senior Analyst to join a dynamic international HR technology team based in Paris. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and enhancing a global Workday environment, partnering with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimise Workday across multiple functional areas including HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, and Compensation.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Support Workday releases, testing activities, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making.
- Analyse HR processes and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and system expertise across the Workday platform.
- Assist with data audits, data quality initiatives, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in HR transformation and digitalisation projects across Europe and globally.
- Support system documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an HRIS, Workday, or HR Technology role.
- Strong hands‑on Workday configuration experience across multiple modules, including:
- HCM
- Recruitment
- Talent
- Performance
- Compensation
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including data manipulation, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience supporting international HR processes within a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Language Requirements
Given the international scope of the role, candidates must be fluent in:

Desirable Experience
- Exposure to Payroll systems and payroll‑related processes.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑country Workday environments.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting and data management.
- Experience working within HR transformation or HR technology projects.
Travel Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required.
- Occasional travel to the United States may be required.
