Our client in Paris is looking for a Talent Development Coordinator to join its international Talent Development team. You will lead onboarding sessions, support new joiners, and help scale learning initiatives across Europe.

The role combines hands-on coordination with process improvement, requires 1–3 years in Learning & Development, and fluency in French and English. Workday experience and data reporting are a plus in this fast-growing financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Development or related roles.
• Experience delivering onboarding sessions and supporting onboarding journeys.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver weekly onboarding sessions in Paris.
• Support new employees through onboarding journey and ensure engaging integration.
• Own onboarding materials, resources and documentation; improve experience continuously.
• Adapt onboarding model for Paris and contribute to Europe-wide expansion.
• Coordinate internal and external learning programmes and ensure smooth delivery.
• Support Talent Development initiatives and Academy activities across the organisation.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Security, Office Management and external providers.
• Administer Learning platforms and Talent Development systems; maintain data accuracy.
• Contribute to reporting and programme tracking; identify process improvements.
• Take ownership of new Talent Development initiatives as they arise.
