Joko is seeking a Talent Associate Intern to join our Talent team in Paris. You will own sourcing and candidate operations for a set of roles, collaborating with Antoine, our Talent Acquisition Manager, and the full Talent team.

This 6-month internship emphasizes hands-on ownership from week one, with exposure to AI-powered sourcing, screening, and interview coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Current student in a top program (business, engineering, or equivalent) seeking a 6-month internship.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or fast-paced startup is a plus, but drive and judgment matter most.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for live roles: identify, map, and reach out to candidates via LinkedIn and direct outreach.
• Screen and qualify inbound candidates with first-touch screens and structured feedback for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, prep candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience across the funnel.
• Experiment with AI in TA: test AI tools for sourcing and screening and share results with the team.
• Contribute to broader Talent projects (employer branding, tooling, process design).
