Joko is seeking a Talent Associate Intern to help the Talent team hit ambitious hiring targets by owning sourcing and candidate operations for a set of roles. You will work with Antoine, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and collaborate with the full Talent team, hiring managers, and founders.

You will run sourcing sequences, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and explore AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• You are a student in a top program seeking a 6-month internship.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or startups is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for live roles: identify, map, and reach out to candidates.
• Screen and qualify inbound candidates: review applications and provide structured feedback.
• Support the full recruiting funnel: schedule interviews and coordinate debriefs.
• Experiment with AI in TA: test AI tools on sourcing and screening funnel.
