Joko, Paris-based, is seeking a growth-focused intern to join the Growth team. You will manage end-to-end creative production, coordinate designers, editors, and creators, and leverage AI to optimize campaigns across channels.

You will learn how a data-driven growth engine operates, test new angles, and gain hands-on experience with leading UA platforms in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in business, communication, or creative school with focus on marketing, growth, or media.
• 6-month internship opportunity in growth, social, content, or creative environment.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Own the creative production workflow from ideation to live assets.
• Brief creators with data-informed directions and expand the UGC network.
• Master ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, Moloco) and optimize assets.
• Develop AI-driven tools and automation to speed up production.
