Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage multi-channel recruitment, from ads to onboarding in the fashion and luxury space. You will source, screen CVs, and conduct phone pre-screens and interviews, while headhunting on LinkedIn and niche boards to build strong talent pools.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, maintain relationships with universities, participate in job fairs, and monitor KPIs. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Initial recruitment experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Strong service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Curious, proactive, able to take initiative and adapt to various needs.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

• You are curious and proactive, able to take initiative and adapt to a variety of needs
• You are comfortable with sourcing and headhunting techniques (LinkedIn and specialized job boards)
• You are known for your rigor, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in parallel
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
