Jobtailor in Bron, France is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent sourcing across technical and engineering environments. You will gather hiring needs, craft sourcing strategies, write engaging job ads, screen candidates, and guide interviews, with a focus on a high-quality candidate experience.

You will mentor a Recruitment Manager, collaborate with managers and HR leaders to attract, select and retain top talent, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting

Qualifications

• Higher education in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment.
• Strong command of sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and team spirit.
• Rigor, organizational skills and autonomy.
• Interest in technical/engineering environments.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilités

• Identify, pre-screen and assess candidates
• Conduct recruitment interviews
• Manage recruitment progress and provide regular reporting

• Contribute to the preparation of job offers
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Support the onboarding of new employees
• Conduct follow-up checks after onboarding
• Contribute to company visibility through social media and HR content
• Participate in improving recruitment practices, tools and processes
• Supervise and mentor a Recruitment Manager
