Job summary

Mistral is hiring a Recruiting Operations Manager to run systems, data, and processes enabling hiring of 100+ people per month. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and other departments to scale recruiting without adding complexity.

This role blends process, technology, and people focus with hands-on problem solving. You will design and optimize the ATS and recruitment stack, build metrics, and partner with leaders to ensure capacity aligns with evolving

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting or HR operations.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Pragmatic and highly organized; able to manage multiple complex projects.
• Curious and hands-on; comfortable building lightweight automation.
• High-agency and positive; independent problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize ATS and recruiting stack end to end; keep systems clean and scalable.
• Metrics & performance: build reporting to inform leadership decisions and drive improvements.
• Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: align workforce plans with business priorities.
• Enable recruiters & hiring managers: provide practical enablement around tools, workflows, interviewing, and calibration.
• Candidate experience & recruiting standards: establish a high-quality candidate experience across the process.
• Innovation & leverage: use AI, talent intelligence, market data to augment sourcing and assessment.
