Mistral is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to scale hiring and optimize systems, data, and processes across Talent Acquisition. You will work with multiple departments to hire 100+ people per month and improve speed, quality, and efficiency while reducing complexity.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people, with a hands-on approach to automation and AI-enabled sourcing. Collaborative, high-ambition culture expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting, People or HR Operations.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Pragmatic and highly organized, able to manage multiple complex projects.

Mansioni

• Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize ATS, workflows, and processes end to end.
• Metrics & performance: build and share metrics to guide decisions and drive improvements.
• Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: align workforce plans with business priorities.
• Enable recruiters & hiring managers: provide enablement around tools, sourcing, workflows and interviewing.
• Candidate experience & recruiting standards: establish a consistent, high-quality experience across the process.
