Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate recruiting.
• Ability to lead and develop recruiting teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong project and people management.
• Strategic yet hands-on with execution.
• Influence without direct authority.
• Adaptable to fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English; international recruiting experience.
• Experience with Ashby, Modernloop, LinkedIn Recruiter.
