Job summary

Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping startup, is offering a Talent Associate Intern position. You will own sourcing for live roles, screen candidates, and support the whole recruiting funnel from day one. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and a growing team to innovate with AI in recruitment.

You should be a student in a top program, fluent in French and comfortable with English, and demonstrate drive, ownership, and hustle to build the best hiring process at scale.

Qualifications

• Student in a top program (business, engineering, or equivalent) seeking a 6-month internship.
• Prior experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or fast-paced startup is a plus.
• Strong judgment, hustle, and ownership from day one.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for live roles and build target lists.
• Screen and qualify inbound candidates with structured feedback.
• Support the full recruiting funnel: schedule interviews and prep candidates.
• Experiment with AI tools in TA to improve sourcing and screening.
• Contribute to broader Talent projects such as employer branding or tooling.
