JobTailor invites a driven B2B recruitment specialist to grow our client portfolio in the construction (BTP) sector. You will prospect, win contracts, negotiate terms, and place candidates with client firms.

From publishing ads to verifying candidates' skills, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, support temporary staff on site, and ensure smooth project starts through proactive follow-up and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in recruitment or sales.
• Hunter mindset and willingness to prospect via phone.
• Strong communication, organization, and autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business in BTP recruitment.
• Identify client recruitment needs and propose staffing solutions.
• Publish job ads and source candidates across channels.

Overview

• B2B business development
• Grow your client portfolio through prospecting and client retention
• Identify clients' recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions (temporary staffing or placement)
• Negotiate commercial terms with prospects (rates, margins), then close as many contracts as possible
• Candidate recruitment
• Publish your job ads across multiple channels, source candidates and manage your candidate pipeline using our in-house ATS built for you!
• Screen candidates, verify technical skills against construction (BTP) sector requirements, then place them with clients
• Support temporary workers during their assignments, especially at job starts on site, and follow up on ongoing recruitment processes
• Ensure assignments run smoothly for your temporary workers at client sites
