Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to join the store leadership team in Saint-Tropez. The role focuses on translating visual and product strategy into everyday store experiences, ensuring the shop is ready for customers at all times.

You will plan and execute visual changes, drive merchandising standards, and collaborate with leadership to optimize inventory and presentation while coaching a team to uphold the brand’s mission and principles.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong visual standards for salesfloor leveraging business data.
• Ability to plan visual floor changes and manage payroll to support visuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising including restock and destock as directed by Visual Manager.
• Plan visual changes through payroll management and adapt visuals to business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
