Job summary

ALO Store Manager in Saint-Tropez is sought to own the store’s performance across sales, operations and guest experience. You will lead the local team, translate brand standards into daily action, and drive profitability while upholding ALO’s mission.

You will develop staffing models, coach employees, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute merchandise plans and promotional campaigns. The role demands energy, accountability, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store's retail strategies.
• Lead team by leveraging company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals.
• Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Create and implement effective communication strategies throughout store to achieve goals and KPI's.
