Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within retail or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies and local market approach.
• Lead and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to meet sales goals.
