Bedrock Streaming is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the client-facing expert within the Business Acceleration team. You will partner with broadcasters from initial discussions through go-live and the 30-day stabilisation period, translating client requirements into structured, benchmarked solutions with the Solution Engineer.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing communication skills for CTOs, pipeline stakeholders and business leads.
• Grounding in streaming platform architecture (CMS, identity, billing, entitlement, multi-tenant provisioning).
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into structured, benchmarked solutions.
• Understanding of OTT/streaming integration models and competitive landscape.
• Balance presales ambitions with delivery realities and credible commitments.
• Solid understanding of project management principles including RASCI and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted functional & technical counterpart for prospects and partners throughout presales to go-live.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineer to shape customer streaming strategy and onboarding.
• Translate client requirements into structured, benchmarked solutions with engineers.
• Maintain market intelligence on OTT/streaming integration and onboarding models.
• Stay engaged through contract signature, go-live and 30-day stabilisation period.
• Capture recurring client requests and feedback to improve future onboardings.
• Design, build and maintain workflows and automations for benchmarking, reporting and day-to-day activities.
