Malt is accelerating its Tech & Product transformation and building the next generation of Engineering, Data and Product teams from Paris. We seek a Tech & Product Recruiter who will partner with our CTO, CPO and senior leadership to lead hiring with rigor, problem solving, and data-informed decisions.

You will design strategy, own end-to-end recruitment, and build long-term pipelines in competitive markets, ensuring speed without compromising quality. Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Tech & Product environments.
• Experience leading senior and high-stakes searches, with C-level partnership.
• Business-minded and analytical—you understand hiring drives growth.
• Structured, data-driven, and low-ego approach to scale and complexity.
• Fluent in English; French language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and lead a Tech & Product hiring strategy to scale without compromising talent density.
• Partner with VP, CTO and CPO to translate business goals into hiring priorities.
• Lead complex searches (Senior, Staff, Principal, Lead, Managers) and build long-term pipelines.
• Improve tools and processes (Lever and automation) to increase hiring velocity and visibility.
• Provide market insights to leadership and balance speed with diversity and quality.
• Ensure hires strengthen Malt’s long-term organizational health.
