STEF is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the Talent and Learning strategy across international operations. You will lead talent management, Learning & Development policies, and digital learning initiatives to support growth and performance while aligning with the Group HR direction.

You will supervise a two-person team and work with country HR Directors to implement scalable programmes and governance. Fluency in business English is required in this multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, Business School or equivalent.
• At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in HR roles with expertise in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development.
• Proven experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proven track record of managing and leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Fluency in business English, essential in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the Talent & Learning strategy.
• Oversee talent management processes (appraisals, succession planning, skills mapping).
• Develop and roll out Learning & Development programmes on an international scale.
• Measure impact and ROI of training initiatives.
• Manage and develop the Talent and Learning team (2 people).

Formation

Bac+5 in HR/Management/Business School or equivalent
