Job summary

Bedrock Streaming is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the client-facing expert within the Business Acceleration team, guiding broadcasters from initial discussions through go-live and the 30-day stabilisation period. You will work closely with the Solution Engineer to shape streaming strategies and build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

You will join BD conversations from the second call onward, translating complex client needs into benchmarked solutions

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role within the digital or software industry.
• Experience discussing architecture, integrations and platform design with stakeholders.
• Experience with complex software ecosystems and multi-system integrations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; adapt discussions to audiences.
• Collaborative mindset; work with Solution Engineer, Business, Product and Tech teams.
• thrives in ambiguous environments and builds new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client-facing expert within Business Acceleration team from discovery to go-live.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineer to shape streaming business strategy.
• Act as trusted functional and technical counterpart for prospects and partners.
• Join BD conversations from call #2 onward; shape scope and build confidence.
• Translate client requirements into structured, benchmarked solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of OTT/streaming integration and onboarding models.
• Ensure delivery after contract through go-live and 30-day stabilization.
• Capture recurring client requests and feed back to stakeholders.
• Design and maintain agentic workflows for benchmarking, reporting, day-to-day activities.
