Placements24 seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients in a remote Mexico setting. You will own sourcing strategies, interviews, and stakeholder management to meet client workforce needs.

You will build talent pipelines, optimize processes with data analytics, and mentor junior recruiters while aligning with employer branding initiatives and client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
• Proven track record of filling challenging roles across functions.
• Expertise in modern recruitment techniques, including social recruiting and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
