About the Role

Our client, a leading talent acquisition consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join their team in Mexico City . This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location within Mexico. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for key clients, identifying and attracting top talent across various industries. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience. You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring our clients meet their strategic workforce needs. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
