Alma is hiring an Account Manager in Paris to own a portfolio of major merchants across France and Spain. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and work with Sales, Onboarding, Training, and Support teams to drive success.

You will analyze merchant performance to deliver actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and position Alma as a strategic partner focused on increasing conversion and turnover. Fluency in French, Spanish, and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales or Account Management roles in retail or merchant environments.
• Fluent in French and Spanish with professional English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; KPI-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of large accounts in the French and Spanish market and establish trustful relationships.
• Deliver meaningful insights by analyzing merchants' performance and provide strategic guidance.
• Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and develop growth plans with merchants.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Training, Support and Sales teams to ensure success.
