Alan SA is hiring for a senior Business Strategy & Operations role based in France with options to work in Paris or Barcelona. You will own medium to large strategy projects, define business plans with senior leaders, and translate plans into actionable sales and account management objectives.
You will build dashboards and collaborate with the data team to monitor performance. The role requires 3+ years in strategy/operations or related finance in a B2B setting, strong analytical and Excel
Qualifications
- Fluent English required; French is a strong plus.
- 3+ years in business strategy, sales strategy & operations or related finance in B2B
- Experience with BI tools and data-driven decision making
Responsabilités
- Own medium to large scale projects in Business Planning and Strategy area.
- Define an ambitious business plan with senior leaders and translate into actionable plans.
- Translate the plan into actionable Sales & Account Management objectives and build dashboards/models with the data team.
- Monitor results, share learnings monthly and adjust initiatives as needed.
- Work on transversal topics such as pricing strategy and market insights.
