Wesco is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales to provide strategic direction and leadership, driving sales and profit goals across locations with complex structures. You will design programs, set short and long-term strategies, and manage a team of direct reports with managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, collaborating with marketing, forecasting, and managing billing margins while expanding relationships with top customers. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level leadership experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting/quota targets.
• Experience managing sales programs across multiple locations or large-scale organization.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.

• Develop and administer sales plans to ensure quota attainment and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with marketing to implement sales and marketing initiatives.
• Forecast sales and gross profit by analyzing trends and results.
• Set sales objectives by forecasting territories and quotas.
• Oversee order management, pricing, and billing processes.
• Recruit, onboard and coach sales staff; drive performance and coaching.
