Job summary

BRIXIO is seeking a Customer Success & Renewals Manager to own renewals, retention, and the transition of completed projects into ongoing support and managed services. You will map account health, forecast renewals, and drive commercial outcomes across Cloudflare subscriptions and BRIXIO service contracts.

This newly created role offers real ownership to build processes, governance, and scalable ways of working, collaborating with Delivery, Sales and Finance across Europe and the Gulf.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or equivalent within technology services.
• Proven track record owning renewals and retention with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in MSP, managed security, SI, consultancy or SaaS with recurring revenue.
• Comfort with contracts, pricing, entitlements and SLAs.
• Experience with vendor subscriptions in reseller/indirect models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals, retention, and account health across a portfolio of Cloudflare and BRIXIO services.
• Convert completed implementation projects into ongoing support and managed services.
• Lead quarterly business reviews for major accounts and maintain governance rhythms.
• Develop commercial proposals with Sales Director and operations teams.
• Collaborate across international teams to maintain CRM data and pipeline visibility.
