BRIXIO is seeking a Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist to strengthen commercial operations and support the sales cycle across Cloudflare licensing, professional services and managed offerings. This hands-on role collaborates with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, partners and distributors to move opportunities from engagement through quoting, coordination and renewal.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Operations.
Experience in coordinating quotes, renewals and commercial docs.
Hands-on CRM data and pipeline maintenance.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Prepare and manage draft quotations for Cloudflare licensing, professional services, and support or managed service plans.
Translate technical scoping into quote-ready commercial documentation with Sales Engineers.
Coordinate with Cloudflare distributors on pricing, approvals and quote submissions.
Support Account Executives with deal preparation, client coordination and sales follow-up.
Schedule and coordinate client demos, onboarding sessions and internal handovers.
Track indirect opportunities involving partners and distributors.
