Sartorius is seeking a Product Manager CCS (F/M) to own the end-to-end Consumables Customization Services portfolio, translating customer needs into a scalable, profitable growth engine. You will drive a data-driven portfolio strategy and interact with key customers to shape the roadmap.

The role is strategic and highly visible, requiring leadership across functions, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to engage external customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Science or a related field.
• 8+ years in Life Science with substantial customer-facing experience.
• Experience across PD, Ops, Sales and Marketing functions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and able to travel up to 50%.

• Articulate and execute the CCS vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with goals.
• Influence CCS decisions and anticipate critical issues.
• Drive agility amid changing market dynamics and customer needs.
• Leverage market intel to identify unmet needs and opportunities.

• Champion CCS portfolio externally and build strategic relationships.
