Constellium is seeking a Lead for strategic Category Management for MRO across Europe, collaborating with Site Procurement and Maintenance teams to align sourcing strategies with local needs and optimize supplier panels. You will drive value through sourcing, tendering, supplier and contract lifecycle management, while ensuring performance, compliance, and TCO optimization.

Qualifications

8–15 years in procurement, category management, or supply chain with MTOR exposure.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization across multi-country organizations.
Experience managing trans-European supplier networks within matrix organizations.
Strong understanding of industrial operations, maintenance activities, and CAPEX procurement processes.
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; CIPS/ISM certifications a plus.

Responsabilités

Define and implement category strategies aligned with regional goals.
Build relationships with plant Procurement and Maintenance stakeholders.
Manage supplier panels and partnerships, including global suppliers.
Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations for multi-site agreements.
Ensure process alignment with procurement systems and e-procurement standards.
Drive governance, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
