Sartorius AG is seeking a hands-on Process Excellence professional to analyze, optimize and evolve end-to-end manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain and Procurement to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.

You will drive data-driven initiatives, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and help maintain governance standards to ensure long-term process consistency across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering or analytics.
• Experience in process management and optimization in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes in manufacturing, supply chain and procurement.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable process solutions.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and governance.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, optimize and further develop end-to-end business processes with a strong focus on Manufacturing while considering interfaces across Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, challenge existing processes and implement improvements.
• Drive process excellence initiatives to boost operational efficiency, transparency and performance.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities, measure performance and support decisions.
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions and support IT collaboration for implementation.
• Define and maintain process standards, governance principles and methodologies.
