Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in Life Science with 2+ years in a complex customer-facing role.
• Experience across PD, Ops, Sales, Marketing is a plus.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English.

• Articulate and execute CCS vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with goals.
• Influence CCS-related decisions and address critical issues.
• Drive agility by adapting to market dynamics and customer needs.
• Leverage market intel and validate with key customers to identify opportunities.
• Derive business cases from customer needs to drive decisions.
• Champion CCS portfolio and build relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Guide product from concept to market with cross-functional teams.
• Develop new CCS offerings prioritizing multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Develop value propositions and price positioning for CCS.
• Understand technology and applications to create competitive solutions.
• Manage service lifecycle from cradle to grave and monitor performance.
