Essor in Paris is seeking a Product Development Senior Manager for the Consumables BU to own the end-to-end NPD pipeline strategy, from opportunity identification through development and commercialization, across brands. You will set a differentiated roadmap, aligned with Amazon and retail channels, balancing speed, margin, and product quality.

• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in consumables.
• Experience with sourcing, supplier management, and price negotiation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with brand, creative, legal, and operations.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
• Creative thinker with strategic and tactical execution capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Market Analytics: Drive brand growth by analyzing sales and market trends to identify white-space opportunities.
• Portfolio Management & Brand Evolution: Own the full product lifecycle, evolving the roadmap with brand DNA; drive range extensions and iterations.
• Creative Brief & Concept Development: Develop briefs translating brand DNA into concepts; partner with Brand Managers and Marketing.
• Sourcing, Supplier Management & Quality: Manage end-to-end development lifecycle, negotiate costs, manage timelines, and improve quality.
• IP & Compliance: Coordinate with legal for trademarks, patents, and global compliance across territories.
• Price Negotiation & Forecasting: Optimize profitability through pricing strategy and forecasting; build supplier relationships.
