Sartorius AG in France is seeking a Product Manager for Consumable Customization Services (F/M) to steer the portfolio with a data-driven approach, aligning with customer needs and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape the roadmap, and develop new service offerings, while traveling up to 50% to engage key customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Science, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of professional experience in Life Science with at least 2 years in a complex customer-facing role.
• Experience across PD, Ops, Sales and Marketing is a plus.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Articulate, communicate and execute CCS vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with goals; apply feedback to meet expectations.
• Influence decision-making for CCS-related actions; anticipate critical issues.

• Leverage market intel, customer workflows, and industry trends to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Derive sound business cases from customer insights to drive decisions and align stakeholders.
• Champion CCS portfolio, building relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
• Guide product from concept to market, leading cross-functional teams to meet needs and objectives.
• Develop and prioritize new CCS offerings, balancing multiple priorities and integration requirements.
