Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Group Strategic Advisory Senior Specialist to support high-visibility PMI engagements and external growth programs. You will work in small teams, delivering due diligence, integration roadmaps, and synergy-related plans across the CMA CGM Group and its units.

You will contribute to the PMI methodology, tools, KPIs, and best practices while coordinating with Group teams, business units, and local teams to ensure successful post-merger integration outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy/management consulting, M&A, transformation, or a corporate environment.
• Prior experience in PMI, M&A, transformation, or complex project management.
• Strong analytical and structuring capabilities.
• Ability to manage several topics in parallel and work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Fluent English and in French.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to due diligence and pre-integration phases, including PMI analyses.
• Structure and monitor integration programs; track milestones and actions.
• Support identification and quantification of synergies and action plans.
• Contribute to CMA Conseil PMI playbook development and tools.
• Facilitate coordination between Group and local teams; aid decision-making.
• Contribute to CMA Conseil engagements and share PMI best practices.
