CMA CGM Group is seeking a PMI Manager to join the CMA Conseil team in Marseille. The role focuses on post-merger integration, due diligence, and building scalable integration playbooks within a global shipping and logistics group.

You will lead cross-functional programs across geographies, manage milestones, governance, and synergies realization, and advise executives on strategic integration challenges. Fluent English and French are required, and collaboration with Group sponsors and BU

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience, including significant experience in Post-Merger Integration.
• Background in strategy/management consulting, M&A, transformation, or a corporate environment.
• Significant experience leading complex, international integration programs.
• Strong command of synergies, operating model, organization and transformation topics.
• Ability to interact with Executive Committee-level stakeholders and challenge teams.
• Excellent structuring, steering and problem-solving skills.
• Natural leadership and the ability to rally teams without hierarchical authority.
• Fluent English and in French.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to due diligence and pre-integration phases.
• Lead integrations by structuring plans, workstreams, milestones and governance.
• Support the capture and securing of synergies and action plans.
• Structure PMI methodologies, tools, KPIs and governance models.
• Advise executives and facilitate coordination between Group and BU teams.
• Develop CMA Conseil's PMI offering and build PMI capabilities.
