Job summary

CMA CGM in Marseille seeks an IT Program Senior Manager to own the operational cadence of the IT Transformation Program, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and auditable savings. You will orchestrate planning, milestones, and executive reporting to support durable governance.

You will lead weekly execution reviews, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate with IT streams, consulting partners, and corporate functions to resolve cross-lever friction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree: engineering, business, or equivalent.
• PMP, Prince2, or MSP certification strongly preferred.
• 8-10 years in complex IT program management in large orgs or top-tier consulting.
• Track record delivering programs with significant P&L impact.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments with political dynamics.
• Exposure to IT rationalization, sourcing, or large-scale infra programs — a strong asset.
• Prior experience in a TMO, PMO, or program office function — preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the consolidated program plan across levers—milestones, dependencies, critical path, and delivery sequencing.
• Run weekly execution reviews with stream leads; surface blockers before they impact milestones.
• Track savings delivery: realized vs. target, by lever and period; flag variance early.
• Manage the program risk register: identify, assess, elevate, and drive resolution.
• Prepare monthly steering committee materials and weekly reporting to CIO and Director.
• Maintain data consistency between tracking tools and executive presentations.
• Coordinate contributions from IT streams, consulting partners, and group functions.
• Interface with the GenAI stream on execution cadence while respecting autonomy.
