CMA Terminals is seeking a Terminal Project Senior Manager to lead investment projects (Greenfield and M&A) for the CMA CGM Group. You will build financial models, present risks and opportunities, and coordinate deal structuring while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also manage project teams and participate in transversal CMA Terminals initiatives, with travel within France or abroad as required by current or future projects.

Qualifications

• Polyvalent profile with cross-functional capabilities.
• Excellent modelling skill in Excel.
• Able to lead impactful meetings with internal and external partners and have strong project management and organizational skillsets.
• Be open to travel in France or abroad to meet with partners for current or future projects.
• Experience as a project manager.
• Deep financial knowledge with experience in M&A is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Establishing Investment plans and financial models & structuration of deals (Greenfield or M&A).
• Presentation of risks and opportunities of the project by identifying profitability and market potential; structuration of the deal (acquisition, JV, leveraging, equity cash-out).
• Applying to public tender offers and developing private partnerships through acquisitions and Joint Ventures.
• Potential management of Project Managers and/or graduates/interns; internal training and reporting to the Head of Department.
• Transversal Projects in CMA Terminals Holding department, reporting to the Deputy CEO.
