Payplug is seeking an experienced Account Manager to identify growth opportunities with merchants, design strategic financial proposals, and lead C‑level reviews to demonstrate payment-related growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, deliver market insights, and optimize payment flows through data-driven analyses.

The role requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of managing long-term accounts and driving revenue growth within the FinTech/payments

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Account Management or Strategic CS in FinTech/payments (PSP, orchestrator, PayFac…).
• Strong business sense and refined negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify growth opportunities within merchants and build trusted relationships as primary payment partner.
• Design compelling financial proposals and business cases tailored to complex architectures.
• Lead high-level strategic meetings with C‑level to show Payplug's impact on P&L and growth.
• Provide market insights and cutting-edge payments expertise as a trusted advisor.
• Analyze account KPIs (acceptance rate, fraud, etc.) to anticipate risks and optimize payment flows.
• Map complex needs and assess ROI to align Payplug offerings with merchant business goals.
