Pluxee is a global player in employee benefits and engagement, seeking a VP of Payments to drive the strategy and execution of the international payment roadmap. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, coordinate with strategic partners and oversee vendors, ensuring compliant and innovative payment solutions across Europe.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, API-driven integration, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Regtech, legal and compliance framework for prepaid products.
• Product- & customer-oriented with a strong IT background (APIs).
• Strong understanding of digital technologies.
• Excellent internal communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Set ambition for the Payment strategy and lead the roadmap with key stakeholders.
• Define payment orientations related to ecosystem and roadmap objectives.
• Define expertise needs and appoint the right resources.
• Support innovation watch and R&D for practical applications.
• Coordinate with strategic partners to align payment roadmap.
• Manage international, multi-skill team and project phases; ensure alignment with ambition and deadlines.
• Oversee vendor relationships with processors, card bureaus, schemes and others; manage payment tech assets.
• Supervise the global budget and optimize resource usage for efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local and EU laws and Sodexo policies.
