Job summary

Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa is seeking a Sales Account Management Specialist – Chinese OEM. You will act as the main local contact for Chinese OEM customers, coordinating RFQ processes, quotations, and commercial discussions with Yazaki internal teams.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, 3–5 years in Sales or related areas, and strong coordination skills. Final location will be determined based on the candidate and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Sales or related area.
• English and Mandarin language proficiency required.
• Experience in Marketing, Account Management or Project Management is an advantage.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main local contact for Chinese OEM customers.
• Ensure clear communication between Chinese customers and Yazaki teams.
• Support customer meetings, follow-up actions and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate RFQ processes and gather inputs from internal departments.
• Prepare and submit quotation packages on time.
• Monitor open points and escalate risks or delays.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance & Controlling, and Sales.
• Follow cost topics: warranty claims, logistic premium costs, project cost changes.
• Track accounts receivable and customer project timing.
• Maintain customer portals and Yazaki ERP data.
• Prepare sales reports and follow-up documents.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and data protection.
