Job summary

Saint-Gobain Sekurit seeks a native Mandarin speaker to lead European sales with Chinese OEMs, coordinating with both European and Chinese teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytics and KAM experience, with weekly travel to Thourotte and regular international travel to China.

You'll drive value through VA/VE, CAP, pricing, and contract management across France, Spain or Poland.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 3/5 years of experience.
• Native Chinese, fluent English, willingness to learn local languages.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with KAM background.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers: Chinese OEMs in Europe.
• Coordinate with European and Chinese organization of C‑OEM and Sekurit.
• RFQ Lead - Business acquisition, drive growth.
• Drive Product Value through VA/VE, HAVP introduction and innovation.
• Local sales management in Europe (orders, price).
• Support commercial project follow‑up with project management.
• Contract management.
• Contribute to establish and apply global standards for COEMs.
• Profitability improvement through Commercial Action Plan (CAP) - price negotiation.
• Budget.
• France, Spain or Poland.
