Job summary

Mirakl in Paris is seeking an International Customer Success Consultant to guide both B2B and B2C accounts. You’ll run tailored workshops with C-level stakeholders, shape marketplace strategy, and keep projects on track to go-live.

You’ll build post-launch action plans, conduct KPI reviews, and translate analytics into growth recommendations. Strong English and French, plus experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or consulting, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, e-commerce or SaaS customer success.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level.
• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic and functional reference for B2B and B2C clients across project and run phases.
• Lead workshops with C-level stakeholders and shape marketplace strategy.
• Develop post-launch action plans and lead KPI reviews with client teams.
• Define seller and customer strategies and benchmark against leading marketplaces.
• Collaborate with Mirakl’s Business and IT teams to mitigate risks early.
• Embed AI into daily workflows and provide structured feedback.
