Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Market Controller & Function Controller to deliver accurate financial and non-financial analysis at the country level. You will design budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, ensure P&L and balance sheet integrity, and act as a business partner to regional heads, driving corrective actions and KPI transparency.

The role requires 5+ years in finance with international exposure, fluency in English and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. French/Spanish are valuable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ finance experience preferably including international experience
• Strong understanding of full P&L management, financial analysis, and business performance drivers
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or country head of controlling is a plus

Responsibilities

• Month end closing – full P&L and Balance sheet analysis, overview of KPIs, R&O and variance analysis
• Design, plan and communicate budget, forecast and 5-year plan for the country
• Partner with local controllers/CFOs as business partner to support decision making
• Provide visibility on KPIs, profitability, Balance Sheet, and Operating Free Cash Flow
