Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Market Controller & Function Controller to drive financial performance across the country cluster. You will lead monthly closes, P&L and balance-sheet analyses, and partner with regional CFOs to steer strategic decisions.

The role requires a university degree in finance and at least 5 years in finance with international exposure. Fluency in English is expected; French/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years finance experience including international exposure.
• Solid understanding of full P&L management and cost control.
• Experience as finance business partner to multiple countries.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate monthly country-level financial and non-financial analysis.
• Lead budget, forecast and 5-year plan for the country in coordination with FP&A.
• Ensure P&L, balance sheet and cash accuracy with corrective actions.
• Partner with regional leadership to challenge assumptions with data.
• Standardize processes, KPIs and reporting across the region.
