Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong commercial acumen and a genuine sales-driven mindset.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with a sense of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Negotiate and issue commercial proposals in line with positioning and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
• Issue and follow up on contracts, confirmations and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Events and operations teams to ensure coordination and high service standards.
