Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, is seeking an Event Manager to join our Conventions & Banquets team. Reporting to the Director of Events, you will plan, coordinate and execute high‑end events, conventions, meetings and banquets, coordinating with clients, operations and partners to deliver seamless experiences.

This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork, anticipates needs, solves challenges and delivers exceptional client satisfaction while driving revenue and ensuring

Qualifications

• Significant experience in event management, ideally within luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with conventions, corporate events and/or banquets.
• Strong commercial acumen and a genuine client‑oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, hands‑on and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship with operational teams and a strong team spirit.
• A genuine passion for client satisfaction and collective success.
• Knowledge of Delphi is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English is essential; professional French is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage event files from planning through to execution, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Coordinate closely with all operational teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and translate client expectations into clear operational plans.
• Monitor client satisfaction, event profitability and service quality.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and develop our banquet business.
• Anticipate challenges and provide proactive, effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, teams and partners.
