Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Marseille is seeking a Project Manager Group HR to drive strategic and operational projects across Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Engagement, University Relations and Early Careers.

Reporting to the Group VP of Talent Attraction & Employer Branding, you will lead transformation, digital innovation, data analytics and process improvements, collaborating with HR and IT to raise efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, HR, Digital Transformation or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 7+ years consulting or PM in HR, Talent Acquisition or related fields.
• Experience in international matrix organizations is a plus.
• Strong digital mindset and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Talent Attraction projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop milestones, calendars and governance updates for leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies and coordinate with HR, IT, Communications.
• Create executive-ready analyses and dashboards with KPI governance.
• Drive digital initiatives to improve candidate and recruiter experience.
• Translate data into insights for Talent Attraction leadership.
