CEVA Logistics in France seeks a Global IT Project Management Senior Manager to own the operational cadence of the IT Transformation Program, including consolidated planning and milestone tracking. You will drive risk anticipation and executive reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and auditable savings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
• PMP, Prince2, or MSP certification preferred.
• 8–10 years in IT program management in large organizations or top-tier consulting.
• Experience operating in multi-stakeholder environments with complex dynamics.
• Prior experience in a TMO, PMO, or program office function preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own consolidated IT Transformation program plan and milestones.
• Lead weekly execution reviews and surface blockers.
• Track savings delivery and manage risk register.
• Coordinate cross-lever dependencies and inter-program interfaces.
• Prepare governance materials and executive reporting.
