Nexans in Paris is seeking an Application Engineer to support large infrastructure projects across Europe. You will be the trusted technical advisor from early design through installation, guiding cable selection, calculations and compliance.

Working with EPCs, utilities and consultancies, you will blend technical expertise with commercial insight to win strategic projects while collaborating with Sales, PM and R&D to develop innovative power solutions for data centres, gigafactories and

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience supporting large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of LV/MV distribution systems and cable technologies.
Experience interpreting electrical drawings and performing technical calculations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

Provide expert technical support for large infrastructure projects, including data centres and utilities.
Support cable selection, electrical calculations, technical specifications and compliance.
Influence project specifications by engaging EPCs, engineering consultancies and end users.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and R&D to develop innovative technical solutions.
